How HireKeyz Inc. recruiters use text messages with job candidates who have opted in.
1. Program description
HireKeyz Candidate Connection is the text-messaging program of HireKeyz Inc. HireKeyz recruiters send text messages to job candidates who have opted in. Messages cover job opportunities that match the candidate’s profile, application status, interview scheduling and reminders, onboarding document reminders, and replies to the candidate’s questions.
2. How to opt in
You can opt in in either of these ways:
- check the optional SMS consent box on our SMS opt-in form or job application form; or
- text START to a HireKeyz recruiter number.

Message frequency varies.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation text and then no more messages. Reply START to opt back in.
6. Help

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Consent is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, application, or placement.
9. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, to opt in.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
